Deposits
🦋 I do not book new clients without a deposit. I come in from quite a distance, and appointments booked without a deposit have a significantly higher no-show rate that those that have one. This is part of my booking process and if it doesn’t suit you, I am sure there are many providers out there who book without a deposit.
🦋Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as a credit for a session within 8 weeks if you cancel within 48hr of your scheduled time. If I need to cancel for any reason, I will offer a full refund of your deposit (to be refunded within 24hrs) or can hold onto it for a future booking.
🦋The amount of deposit required will depend on the session you are booking (approx 1/3 of the cost of the date). Once you make an inquiry and we set a date & time, I will let you know the deposit amount.
🦋Generally , I require deposits for each visit until I have built trust and rapport with you (3+ visits). I travel from several hundred kilometers away to work in Edmonton and don’t like my time being wasted ♥️
🦋 DEPOSIT OPTIONS & INFO:
OPTION #1) E-transfers:
A discreet email address will be provided to you once we set a date and time. Do NOT send any e-transfers to my phone number or Helena gmail
Once sent, you can provide me with the password (an easy question like “City?” or “what color is the sky” does the trick if you’re stuck)
-DO NOT put anything in the notes section
-DO NOT enter the contact name as Helena.
OPTION #2) Pre-paid Visa or Mastercard (Joker, Vanilla, etc..)
This method leaves no paper trail if you are concerned about privacy. These cards are available in almost every store (Sobeys, Walmart, Shopper Drug Mart, etc). You will purchase the card in the amount of the deposit and then can send me via text or email a photo of the front and back of the card.
OPTION #3). Amazon gift-cards
This method leaves no paper trail if you are concerned about privacy. These can be bought in stores (ie. Sobeys, Safeway, gas stations, etc..) and you can just take a picture of the card’s back (after scratching off the grey code cover with a coin) and send it to me via text or email. See the below photo. You can also send them digitally and anonymously if you have an Amazon.ca account. See the below pic; if you buy a card in the store, you’ll need to open the packaging and scratch off this grey area and sent the code beneath to me, for the card to be useful!
Booking Process:
1) Inquire: please include a brief introduction (name, age) along with date(s)/times that work for you and the duration of meeting you are looking to set up. Or, ask any questions you may have. Please don’t make me pry information out of you (I won’t, actually, if I have to ask more than once for the above info)
2) Once we set up a date you can send the deposit. I will send a text with all of the info on how to do this, along with my cancelation policy, rescheduling info etc.
3) Once the deposit is accepted, I will send you a text letting you know I’ve received it, along with a brief note stating my address and that I will contact you the date before our meeting to check-in and confirm. If you have a certain time (or you prefer to contact me first ) you can let me know at this point.
4) The day before our meeting I contact you to confirm. Please respond as if we go hours without you confirming, I will wonder if you are still planning on showing up! Once I hear back from you I will send the rest of my info (buzzer #, unit #, parking info)
