A bit of street cred for you:

I am a trained RMT (Registered Massage Therapist), meaning I have taken a 2200-hour college diploma program. I graduated with a 96% average because I am a high achiever and don’t half-ass things ;)

In January of 2022, I completed my 35hr Tantra Practitioner’s course with Red Lotus Tantra in Vancouver.

In 2019 I went to the Big Island in Hawaii and studied Lomi Lomi Sacred Hawaiian Massage (60hr). Lomi relaxes not just the physical body but also the energetic body (recognized by some people as chi or qi).
This is a spiritual massage that strives to clear energetic blockages, which, according to lore, are the source of most mental and physical ailments. This massage is very slippery.

I am an anatomy and movement nerd (and am also very flexible). I completed my Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and have been practicing since 2005.
